We understand that individual experiences may vary; however, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns as we cannot verify whether they have been used.
In the event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, we are here to help. Please see our guidelines on "Missing or Damaged Packages" below.
Damaged Packages:
If your package has been damaged during transit, kindly preserve the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately via email (info@vetteddermlab.com ). We will promptly arrange for the replacement of any damaged items.
Missing Packages:
If your package is missing, please take the following steps before reaching out to us:
- Thoroughly inspect your property, including all entrances and around the garage, to ensure the package wasn't placed out of sight.
- Check with your mail room or front desk reception, if applicable.
- Inquire with other members of your household and neighbors to determine if they received the package on your behalf.
- If your package remains unfound, we will initiate a trace with the mail carrier used and proceed with the necessary follow-up steps. Please note that this process typically takes about 2-3 business days.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as we are not able to assess if products have been used. If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please let us know and we will send you a replacement (see "Missing or Damaged Packages" below). Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer's mailing address upon review.
