The Core Protocol insights:

The Core Protocol is designed for those who believe that effective skincare doesn’t require complexity. By focusing on just two essential steps—cleansing and barrier restoration—it gives your skin exactly what it needs to function optimally without unnecessary inputs. C Cleanser removes impurities without disrupting the skin’s natural defenses, while M2 Rich Moisturizer replenishes critical lipids and supports barrier repair. For skin minimalists, this approach eliminates the noise of over-layering and reduces the risk of irritation, allowing the skin to rebalance, strengthen, and maintain itself. Because when the barrier is healthy, your skin can do what it was designed to do—no extras required.

No unnecessary steps. No irritation triggers.
Just consistent, barrier-supportive care—morning and night.

Because when your skin is given the right environment, it knows exactly what to do.

Healthy skin starts with a functioning barrier. When that barrier is intact, skin can retain hydration, defend against irritants, and regulate itself effectively. When it’s disrupted—often from overuse of actives or harsh products—skin becomes reactive, inflamed, and less able to heal. The Core Protocol is designed to restore that balance by focusing on the two steps your skin actually needs: gentle cleansing and barrier repair.

C Cleanser removes impurities without stripping the skin, using ultra-mild, hypoallergenic surfactants that minimize irritation and preserve barrier function. It’s paired with niacinamide to support hydration, reduce inflammation, and aid in DNA repair. This ensures that cleansing doesn’t compromise the skin—but instead prepares it for recovery.

M2 Rich Moisturizer rebuilds what the skin barrier requires to function properly. With ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids, it replenishes essential lipids, while niacinamide and acetyl glucosamine work together to hydrate, repair, and improve overall skin tone. By eliminating common irritants and focusing on barrier restoration, this system allows skin to return to a stable, resilient state—where it can perform at its best without needing anything extra.

Active Ingredients

Phospholipids image

Phospholipids

Phospholipids are naturally occurring or synthetic fats (composed of glycerol, fatty acids, and phosphate). They pull water in to where it is needed, making them excellent humectants and emollients. They also work as antioxidants.

Cholesterol image

Cholesterol

Cholesterols are naturally occurring components of the skin barrier. They work to strengthen the barrier function of  the skin. In skincare, they  also function as stabilizers, emollients, surfactants, and water-binding agents.

Ceramides image

Ceramides

A ceramide is a lipid molecule which plays an essential role in both water-retention function and barrier function in the stratum corneum – the outer layer of skin. Ceramides ensure that trans-epidermal water loss does not occur too quickly by holding onto water in the skin.
